- The TMJ Scale Report does not indicate your name or identify who you are. Therefore, the test results are confidential.
- You must be 13 years or older and if you are under 18, you will ask for adult supervision when taking the test and using the results.
- If you fail to answer all questions your test may not be able to be scored and/or its accuracy and reliability may be compromised.
